However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. To ensure a seamless experience for our global clientele, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hats
  • Belts
  • Jewelry & Charms
  • Ties
  • Scarves
All sale items are also considered final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the unused, tagged item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the action.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.
  • Once processed, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement (timing depends on your bank’s processing times).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process for an exchange is the same as for a return. If the item you wish to exchange for is a different price, our customer service team will facilitate the balance payment or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
