We are thrilled to ship our products worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Please see the details of our shipping options below.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Cost: Free
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please Note: Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Hats
  • Belts
  • Jewelry & Charms
  • Ties
  • Scarves

Additionally, all sale items are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to include all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the unused, tagged item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the action.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

  • Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.
  • Once processed, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement (the timing depends on your bank’s processing policies).

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process for an exchange is the same as for a return. If the item you wish to exchange for is a different price, our customer service team will facilitate the balance payment or refund.
