Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the RMA number clearly visible
4. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
